The product has a particularly positive effect on dry and damaged hair after dyeing and perming.

It is used to care for the skin of the face and body for the purpose of massage, nutrition, softening, moisturizing, reducing dryness and flaking due to sunbathing, and also as a means for removing makeup.

Features of the chemical composition: it contains vitamins of group B, E and PP, monounsaturated palmitic acid, which is not found in any other vegetable oil, sterols, tocopherols, thiamin, linoleic, arachidonic, eicosenoic, linolenic acids. Its composition is close to oils extracted from marine mammals (spermacet). It is quickly absorbed without leaving an oily sheen on the skin. A strong antioxidant, rejuvenating agent. Able to regulate the water-fat balance, affecting, thanks to active antioxidants, directly on skin cells and preventing the aging of proteins. Hypoallergenic, has a natural sun protection factor.

Application

Macadamia oil is often called “disappearing” because of its amazingly fast absorption. It is qualitatively distinguished from the group of base oils not only by its composition, but also by the ease of distribution on the skin and hair. It is used in its pure form, mixed with other vegetable oils, to enrich cosmetics – 10-15% macadamia oil in creams, lotions and 5-10% – in shampoos and balms; as a basis for dissolving essential oils: 3-5 drops of essential oil per 10 ml of macadamia oil.

Skin cleansing, makeup removal: apply a few drops to a cotton pad dipped in hot water and wrung out and wipe the skin.

Hot masks, applications: heat the oil in a water bath. Place a napkin soaked in macadamia oil (pure or with essential oils) on the skin. The duration of the procedure is 15-30 minutes, 1-2 times a day.

Mask with blue clay: up to 2 tbsp. spoon of clay, add 1 tbsp. a spoonful of carrot juice, 1 teaspoon of butter and a few drops of lemon juice.

Mask for wrinkles, dry, withered and hard skin: rub half an egg yolk with 10-15 ml of oil.

Whitening mask: to a small raw potato, peeled and finely grated, add 5 ml of oil, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of fresh milk and oat flour to obtain a liquid gruel.

Oil for daily skin care:

Oil to eliminate peeling, skin irritation: add essential oils to 1 teaspoon of macadamia oil: 3 drops of geranium, 3 drops of lavender, 2 drops of patchouli, 1 drop of rose, 1 drop of sandalwood.

Oil for oily skin: add 1 drop each of tea tree, lemon and lavender to 3 teaspoons of macadamia.

Oil for dry skin: mix 1 teaspoon each of macadamia and almond fatty oils, add 2-4 drops of rose essential oil to them.

Lip care: up to 1-2 tbsp. spoon of oil, add 1 drop each of essential oils of verbena, lime, lemon balm, myrrh, neroli, petitgrain, rose, sandalwood. Apply oil to the lips every morning and evening.

Hair care: rub the roots of the hair 15-20 minutes before washing with macadamia oil or its mixture with jojoba oil (1:1), or aromatic oils – up to 1 tbsp. spoons of macadamia oil, add 2-3 drops to one of the mixtures of essential oils: 1) ginger and pine or 2) eucalyptus, orange, cedar.

Massage: pure oil is used or mixed with other fatty oils, or with the addition of 3-5 drops of essential oils.

For scars and stretch marks: rub macadamia oil or its mixture with other vegetable oils or aromatic oils into problem areas – up to 1-2 tbsp. spoon of macadamia oil, add 2-3 drops to one of the mixtures of essential oils: 1) rosemary, lavender, mint, clove (2: 1: 1: 1) or 2) rosemary, lemon, orange (3: 1: 1).

For cellulite: carry out a hard massage with macadamia oil or aromatic oils – up to 1-2 tbsp. spoon of macadamia oil, add 2-3 drops to one of the mixtures of essential oils: 1) geranium

and, juniper, lemon, fennel or 2) lavender, rosemary, eucalyptus.

Nail care: macadamia oil in its pure form or in a 1:1 mixture with one of the vegetable oils, or with the addition of 1 tbsp. spoons of macadamia oil 2-3 drops of one of the mixtures of essential oils: 1) lemon, eucalyptus, lavender; 2) rosemary and patchouli or 3) thyme and lavender. Apply and massage the nail and nail plate for 15-20 minutes every day.

Eyebrow and eyelash care: 1 tbsp. add 1 drop each of myrrh and sandalwood essential oils to a spoonful of butter.

Storage conditions

After opening, store the oil in the refrigerator.
